GAME PLAN with Carl Gilgamesh is a Puzzle Game where you play as Carl Gilgamesh! The Evil Overlord/Casino Owner from Saskatoon.  Your goal is to create a "Game Plan" on how lead your mortal enemy "Happy Goodman" to his inevitable demise, but to do it your way! Place dice on the level to help Goodman avoid burning, in return to lead him into a far worse fate!
